Simply put, it's all a matter of the individual and his or her abilities, wherewithal, and purpose of heart. God has already blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places, and by giving strictly from the heart, not from being cajoled by enticement, expectation, guilt or shame, the spiritual "dividends" that you have received already are incalculable. By giving with correct heart motivation, and being moved to give based on your abilities, wherewithal, and purpose of heart, you are rewarded with an extra measure of joy and peace that will move the heart of God as being well pleased in his good and faithful servant.
